What BudgetAIO is

BudgetAIO is a personal budgeting and cash-flow planning tool. It helps you track bills, income, and account balances so you can see whether you're covered for the month ahead.

What BudgetAIO is not

BudgetAIO is a planning and forecasting tool, not a source of financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any forecast, projection, or "covered" / "shortfall" status shown in the app is calculated entirely from the balances, bills, and income you enter — it is only as accurate as the information you supply, and it is not a guarantee about your actual future finances.

BudgetAIO does not connect to your bank or any financial institution, does not move money, and does not pay bills on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for actually paying your bills and for the financial decisions you make, whether or not you use information from the app to make them.

Beta software

You're using an early, actively-changing beta version. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. If you choose to create an account, BudgetAIO can store and sync your budget data across your devices, but we can't guarantee the app will always be available or error-free — beta software carries a higher risk of bugs than a finished product.

Your account

Creating an account is optional. If you do, you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter.

Acceptable use

Use BudgetAIO for its intended purpose — tracking your own personal budget. Don't try to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or use the app for anything illegal.

Your data

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data. You own the budget information you enter; we don't claim any rights to it beyond what's needed to operate the service, such as storing and syncing it if you're signed in.

No warranty

BudgetAIO is provided "as is" during this beta, without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for financial decisions made using information from the app, or for data loss, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or end the beta at any time. We'll try to give beta testers notice of major changes.
